John McCutcheon has almost annually done a concert to celebrate the Opening Day of the baseball season.  His award-winning album, Sermon on the Mound, is a solid home run with baseball fans and non-sports folks alike.  "None of the baseball songs I write are actually just about baseball," he claims.

John is usually joined by his fellow-baseball-obsessed folksinging pal, Chuck Brodsky, as he is here.  But he also has added Atlanta Braves organist Matthew Kaminski and Major League pitching legend Jim Kaat to the lineup.  Step up to the plate for a great evening of songs and stories about America's pastime.
